Back Program

Two hours of group instruction and supervised exercises. Theory on pain, back structure and approach to self-care. Exercise focusing on proper technique to strengthen and stabilize the back.

Come to class in work-out clothes. 

Regular appointment fee will be charged. 

After class completion you will be given a password to our follow-up videos.
